This research project was embarked upon to study the level of competency posed by teachers in junior secondary school computer science for effective service delivery, a case study of Enugu education zone the important of competency of teacher was briefly reviewed was briefly reviewed. Provision of knowledge of feed back and result learners performance help to chart their cause and build self confidence, man problem we found militating against teacher performance and efficient service delivery in junior secondary school, the study recommends that Nigerian Education, system should sit up and take the bull by the horn for teachers should be shown the way out while provision will be made by reward of teachers and student to enhance greater performance output productivity.
