That UNIC INSURANCE Plc has not experience any from of friend Under interference and insanity of the job position of supervisor affect the objectivity of their reports and recommendations That non-implementation of previous reports affect the function of supervisor based on these findings the following efficiency and effectiveness in the management of insurance companiesa. That insurance companies should use delegation as a supervisory strategy to be in professional touch with all the dept in the insurance company.b. A programme of in-services education and training should be gives to staff on regular basis to enable them get abreast with the changing demand.c. Insurance companies should consistency organs seminars staff meeting individual conference professional lectures and provision of office bulletin d. Safety and welfare packages should be adequately provided for the staff for proper continuity.
